The Viper D9957V has all of the functionality of the D9858V but adds a full screen. With the screen you can see how long the vehicle has left to run, program a vehicle type, see the internal temperature of the vehicle, and see which auxiliary you have selected to operate, for example, it will show the power sliding door as operating. This unit is packed with more features than you will ever care to use.

This is our entry level system. It claims a ¼ mile range and locks, unlocks and starts your vehicle. It has an auxiliary output that can be programmed for other features for an additional cost. If the trunk works through data we do not charge for it. On most vehicles we see it auxiliary does nothing. * May not be Viper remotes but the system will be the same. If you prefer Viper branded remotes please let you sales person know at the time of install and we will do our best to accommodate you. All features and functions are identical as there is major cross compatibility within the Viper/Directed line up.

This hasn’t been a unit from Viper for a long time so it’s a little confusing for some, but sometimes you need a weird one so we assemble the parts for it in house. It is the upgraded 1 way remote start. They are rated for up to ½ mile of range and are manual transmission compatible (for an additional charge). They also get you a 5 button remote with a function button for up to 5 auxiliary functions including sliding door operation for some mini vans. If these extra features are important to you, please ask your salesperson about them.

This unit is very, very popular for us. All of our loaner cars are equipped with it and my wife has it on her truck. It gets you into the two way remote starts which mean you get feedback on the remote to let you know the vehicle has received the command. It works from “up to” 1 mile away. We consider it a mid range remote start, as it works from the check out line at most stores. If you’re unsure of what to buy, its hard to go wrong with this model.
